We take quality seriously, our highly educated quality assurance team performs ongoing evaluations of each and every captioner; since our founding in 1999, we have always held all of our captioners to a verbatim accuracy standard and continue to do so. Our Real-time division only employs captioners that meet our quality standards. Our Offline/Post production division has a multiple-step quality assurance process that focuses on the four areas of quality outlined by the FCC: accuracy, synchronicity, completeness, and placement.
